Liz played her college career at Harvard University, where she graduated from in '05. Prior to that, she was a member of the Region 1 ODP and Youth National Pools. An All American at Rockland High, she was a great high school player, scoring 99 career goals. Lima was an assistant at Stonehill College for 2 years. She is currently the Head Coach at Notre Dame Academy and is currently the director of South Shore Select Junior Academy.

Kick It USA - Director - Wayne Sygrove
Wayne is the new coaching director of Kick It USA. A native of Yorkshire England, Sygrove played back in England at the Semi-Professional level before coming to the United States in 2004 as a Player Development Officer with Major League Socer Camps.
In 2007 Sygrove earned his Associates Degree in Sports Management at Dean College, and in 2009 his Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing at Merrimack College. During his college career Sygrove was selected as a NJCAA DivI First Team All-American and received NE-10 Div II All-Conference Honors.
Sygrove previously worked with the New England Revolution Youth Player Development Program and has coaching experience at the Youth Premeire Club Level. He currently holds his English Football Association Coaching Licences.
Kick It USA Coach - Farid Issa
Farid graduated from Rockland High School, where he was a stand out player receiving such honors as team captain senior year and making the all -star team three years in row. As a stand out player, Farid qualified to play on the All-State Team. Farid has also played club soccer with such clubs as the Boston Bulldogs , Cape Cod Crusaders and F.C. United where he won state championships at U17 and U19. Farid then moved on to play college soccer in the NCAA Division 2 Merrimack College where he started for three years.
Farid is currently a coach for the SS Select's Development Academy
Kick It USA Coach - Mike Phipps
Mike is entering his fifth season as head women's soccer coach at Massasoit Community College. During his first season, the women posted a record of 2-8-0. Since then the Warriors have compiled a record of 30-29-2 and have qualified for the Region 21 Semi-Finals the past three years .This past season was Massasoit's most successful season with Mike at the helm of the Lady Warriors who finished the 08 season with a record of 13-6-0 and winning the MCCAC State Championship but again unfortunately losing in the Regional XXI semifinals tournament to eventual New England Champs Holyoke Com. College. For his efforts Mike was voted the 2008 Region XXI Coach Of The Year .
Mike has been coaching in the South Shore area for the past 12 years at the club, high school, and college levels working with such clubs as South Shore United and South Shore Select boys and girls youth teams. In Additionally Coach Phipps has also coached two years at Stonehill College as the assistant men's soccer coach. From there, Mike moved on to become co- head coach at Rockland High School for four years. This experience culminated in 2004 when Rockland High School went 19-0-1 and received the number 1 seed in the MIAA tournament. Mike and his fellow coach were voted Enterprise Co-Coaches of the year.
Coach Phipps graduated from Rockland High School in 1994 where he played 4 years of varsity soccer, captaining the team his senior year. He also was voted to the Atlantic Coast League All Star first team and received all scholastic honorable mention for the Boston Globe and Brockton Enterprise. Following high school he continued playing at the college level at both Massasoit and Bridgewater State College. He currently resides in Rockland.
Additionally Mike has worked at many soccer camps in the area including the John Smith Soccer School, Whitman Hanson High School Panther Camp, Stonehill College Soccer Camp, and as well as, directing the Massasoit Soccer Camp for the past three years.
Kick It USA Coach - Justin Fernandez
Justin graduated from Whitman-Hanson Regional High School, where he was a stand out player receiving such honors as ACL League all -star team three years in row. After high school Justin went on to become a standout at NCAA division II powerhouse University of New Haven. Justin has played at the highest levels of youth soccer as well. In 2005 he helped The Cape Cod Crusaders reach the National finals and was also a member of Mass youth soccer's ODP Program. He was also invited to attend a camp for the MLS franchise D.C. United. Justin is currently a coach for the SS Select's Development Academy
Kick It USA Sr. Coach - Jesse Fernandez
Jesse graduated from Whitman-Hanson Regional High School, where he was a stand out player receiving such honors as ACL League all -star team three years in row. After high school Justin went on to become a standout at NCAA division II program University of New Haven where he scored 16 career goals was voted the most valuable player in 2006 and earned ECC All Conference honors.
Jesse has played at the highest levels of youth soccer as well. In 2005 he helped The Cape Cod Crusaders reach the U19 National finals. He was also invited to attend a camp for the MLS franchise D.C. United.
